Andrew Keller

I’m deeply curious about what keeps people stuck in life. In a safe and compassionate space, we can explore that together.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or life transitions, I offer a grounded presence and a client-centred approach.

I work well with individuals who, like me, have explored conventional approaches and now seek a more experiential path. Fifteen years in personal therapy, spiritual practice and training in Hakomi (assisted mindfulness and body-centered techniques) and the Internal Family Systems model, has shaped my ability to show up with embodied understanding.

As a certified mindfulness and compassion teacher, I’m interested in the practical integration of Western psychology and Buddhist philosophy.

Years of jazz study and music performance taught me attunement and improvisation. Both music and therapy thrive in deep listening and trust in a rhythm that allows change to unfold naturally.

I understand the value of finding the right therapist. If my approach resonates for you, let’s start with a phone call to find out if we’re a good fit.

Looking forward to connecting with you.
